Each Peace of Mind Crystal Set contains:
1 x Amethyst cluster, 1 x Clear Quartz cluster, 1 x Tumbled Howlite, and 1 x Worry Doll.
Using your Worry Doll, write down on a little piece of paper, the things that are troubling you. Place the piece of paper with the Worry Doll and kindly ask that it take these worries away. Lay the Worry Doll under your pillow, alongside the rest of the Peace of Mind Crystals Set and experience, for yourself, a pleasant nights sleep. You may even wish to carry your Peace of Mind Crystal Sets with you as you go about your day to provide that sense of calm during the hustle and bustle that life can bring.
