Howlite is a white stone of peace and tranquility. It can be found dyed into many pretty colours, which are beautiful and resonate with a range of emotional scenarios. Howlite is a wonderful crystal for aiding sleep and a perfect one to keep under the pillow to overcome insomnia. Its soft gentle vibration assists in calming the busy mind and soften the blow of emotional turmoil, especially around grief and loss.
